Aaron is a lifelong competitive athlete, racing nationally as an elite amateur cyclist before retiring in 2014 to open a private practice, MoveMend Rehab and Performance. As an Occupational Therapist, Certified Hand Therapist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Aaron has over 25 years of experience working with athletes in various stages of injury, recovery, and performance.
Aaron is an author and speaker with a passion for shaking up the status quo. In addition to growing his partnership with LvlUP, running his industry leading practice, he enjoys mentoring the next generation of uncompromising rehabilitation and performance professionals who want to continue to serve clients through a VIP service model. Life is there for the taking and Aaron dives in head first travelling internationally with his wife Kristin, mountain biking, skiing, and running.
